Roger Kilaas is the founder and CEO of the company Hydroh Solutions AS.

Tor-Henning Iversen, Professor Emeritus and Managing Director at Bio-Consult, with nearly 50 years of experience in Research and Development. He specializes in providing interdisciplinary consultancy services nationally and internationally, focusing on developing future-oriented urban homes with a green emphasis.

He has conducted research projects involving space studies with plants in microgravity, genetically modified strawberry plants resistant to gray mold, and collaborations with the European Space Agency (ESA) and NASA.

Tor-Henning has authored and co-authored over 595 scientific articles and 25 textbooks.

He plays a crucial role in the development of Hydroh Solutions AS' technology for water treatment and greenhouse cultivation, actively contributing to sustainable technological advancements. Through his vast dedication and expertise, he inspires and mentors new generations in bioscience and environmental technology.

Jan-Roger Husby, with extensive experience in quality management, project management, and business development, has held roles as a quality manager, electrical project engineer, as well as sales and marketing leader. His focus is on the effective implementation of sustainable solutions, and he has a successful collaboration history with over 300 companies, both as an employee and as a self-employed individual.

Graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Chief Physician/Department Chief at Trondheim Emergency Clinic; Consultant at St. Olavs Hospital, Trauma-Acute Division. Has taught emergency medicine at NTNU for 20 years and has contributed to several textbooks, including the IOC Manual of Emergency Sports Medicine and FIMS Event Planning and Emergency Care. Has published numerous articles.  Has been Chair of the medical committee in the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation and as deputy chair of the International Boxing Association's medical committee. Was deputy Chair of medical services during the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer and has participated in ten Olympic Games in various roles. Actively involved in anti-doping efforts nationally and internationally. Engaged with the St. Olavs Foundation School in Mpunge, Uganda, and serves as a board member and international coordinator for CADAC Uganda, providing education and employment opportunities for cancer survivors with disability-related issues.

Frode Moen is a skilled professional in Coaching and Performance Psychology with a PhD from NTNU. He has an impressive background that includes experience as a Coach and national team coach for NSF between 2002 and 2007. Moen has also served as Head Coach for the Granåsen ski team from 1994 to 2004. With expertise in regional management, mental training, coaching, and leadership, he adds significant value.

Currently employed at Olympiatoppen, Frode Moen continues to contribute his expertise.

Anne Bremnes is a strategist, award-winning copywriter, advisor, and concept developer with core expertise in concept development and strategic branding. She has extensive experience in the communications industry and is passionately dedicated to brand differentiation and conveying strategy in an engaging and market-friendly manner.

Anne has significant experience in board and leadership roles, as well as experience in running several advertising agencies. She has collaborated with both national and international clients and has broad experience with innovation processes, regional business development, and startup processes.

She has developed her own strategy process, Speedbranding, which has been the foundation for many well-known concepts in both B2B and B2C segments. Anne also enjoys the sea and cooking and lives in Frogner in Oslo with her beagle, Hoover, and her daughter.
